What was the inspiration?

'Into the Wild' correlates with independence when you explore a new city, meet new people, and move-in to a new place. Facing an unfurnished apartment with supplies in boxes, I urgently wondered for an organizer.  Inspired by urbanization and combining the necessity of functionality and aesthetics, Urban.O was created.

What is Urban.O?

Urban.O is a customized urban theme desk organizer. The organizer includes a base platform with led lights around its perimeter resembling city street lights, a building-shaped pencil holder and lamp, and a 3D tree model.

Urban.O lights are battery powered and each piece is movable around the platform. Urban.O provides both functionality and aesthetics to the room it is in as an organizer and an art piece.

WHat are some key features?

Bringing back childhood sketches of building with Tetris shaped windows. Covered with semi-transparent sketch paper to create a mood to light.

Engraved skylines of Chicago,IL and Dallas, TX around the boarder of Urban.O in remembrance of my past and current location.
