In-home Ethnography

Visit consumers home to acknowledge their stories and observe real life consumer and product interaction.

 

Discover Consumer Tensions

Gather information from various interviews and observations to create consumer tension around the core insights.

 

Prototype

Create low-fidelity prototypes for consumer testings. Prototypes include look-a-likes and proof of concepts.

 

Iterative Design Process

Design process iterated and revised through multiple consumer testings. Prototypes become more specific and refined through each iteration.
